Wholesale Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts for which a wholesale discount is applied as described in the section on wholesale pricing.
These terms and conditions are subject to change by Education Enriched Limited at any time, without prior written notice.

HOW TO ORDER

You can make a wholesale order by sending us a list of items and quantities you require (via the Education Enriched website or otherwise), along with your full name, email address, contact number, billing address, and postal address. After receiving this information, we shall send you a customised invoice for the total charges, including shipping.

MINIMUM ORDER NUMBER

A minimum order of 10 items of a single product is required for a wholesale contract to be formed.

WHOLESALE PRICING

For orders of 10-49 items (of a single product), we offer a 40% discount off RRP of that product, plus the cost of shipping. For orders of 50 or more items (of a single product), we offer a 55% discount off RRP of that product, plus the cost of shipping.

Discounts only apply to the individual products for which the minimum order quantities have been met (e.g. if 10 of product 1 and 5 of product 2 are ordered, the 40% discount will only apply to product 1).

Products cannot be re-sold for more than the RRP (recommended retail price) and its equivalent in other currencies. Wholesalers should not aim to make profit from postage and packaging. If the products have been shipped abroad, international postage can be included within customer shipping costs, proportional to the number of items ordered, so as to cover the entire shipping costs of the wholesaler.

CURRENCY

We charge and collect in GBP (British pounds) only, regardless of your location. Any fees and/or charges for currency exchange shall be borne by the wholesaler.

CONTRACT

All contracts of sale are made with Education Enriched Limited, company registration number 10133721. The contract of sale is only formed following payment in full for an Education Enriched invoice.

Once payment has been received Education Enriched will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide. The order confirmation email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Education Enriched acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms.

Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.

WHOLESALER JURISDICTION

Education Enriched reserve the right to set limits to the geographical area within which wholesalers operate (including selling books or communicating with third parties for commercial purposes with regards to Education Enriched products). “Super representatives” or “distributors” (i.e. those who receive the 55% discount) are limited to operate within the country to which Education Enriched products are shipped as part of a contract of sale unless express permission to operate outside of this country is granted by Education Enriched.

PAYMENT

Payment may be made via bank transfer. Bank details are included on Education Enriched invoices. When making payment, buyers should instruct their own bank to pay any sender’s fees, including fees for currency exchange and sender transaction fees (banks of both sides may charge fees – the wholesaler is responsible for sender’s fees, Education Enriched Limited is responsible for receiver’s fees).

Payment must be made in full before items are shipped.

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

If Education Enriched has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by Education Enriched will be re-credited. You will be notified by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Education Enriched will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Items shall normally be dispatched within 5 working days. The delivery time shall depend upon the courier used and the destination country. Education Enriched shall normally inform the buyer of the expected delivery time before the sale is complete.

The most economical shipping option is normally used for destinations outside of the UK. If the buyer would like to pay more for faster delivery, it is the responsibility of the buyer to inform Education Enriched of this. Education Enriched will always use tracked delivery options for wholesale orders.

RETURNS, DAMAGED GOODS & LIABILITY

If the goods Education Enriched delivers are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, Education Enriched shall have no liability to you unless you notify Education Enriched by emailing customer services at [email protected] within ten working days of the delivery of goods in question.

If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which they were dispatched to you, Education Enriched shall have no liability to you unless you notify Education Enriched by emailing customer services at [email protected] within 40 days of the date on which the goods were dispatched to you.

If you notify Education Enriched of a problem under this condition, our only obligation will be, at our discretion, to make good any shortage or non-delivery; to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question to the original method of payment, unless such method is no longer valid in which case Education Enriched e-coupons will be issued to the value of the refund due. Education Enriched require proof for any claims for damaged goods.

Education Enriched will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to Education Enriched under this condition and Education Enriched shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question as specified above.

Education Enriched shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in this condition is, however, intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit Education Enriched liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.

COMPLAINTS

Education Enriched operates a complaints handling procedure which is used to try to resolve disputes when they first arise. If you have a complaint, please contact Customer Services by email at [email protected].

VARIATION OF CONTRACT TERMS

Nothing said by any sales person, including representatives and distributors, on behalf of Education Enriched should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by Education Enriched. Education Enriched shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.

DISCLAIMER

The nature of Internet communications means that your communications may be susceptible to data corruption, interception and delays. Education Enriched shall not be responsible for any detrimental reliance you place on this website or its contents.

The information contained in our website may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. All liability of Education Enriched howsoever arising for any such inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Neither Education Enriched nor any of its employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our site in any way. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
